What a year it's been!

It's been a very positive first year and there's a lot to be proud of - we've seen some great examples of progress to help us meet our customers' needs.

But we're not standing still - there are 3 key pillars we need to focus on that will help us continue building stronger futures:

• We want to become a leader of business and community re-development in the areas in which we operate
• Nationally, we want to be the champion in our chosen markets and recognised as the centre of competence for steel
• Internationally, we want to be a competitive exporter and the right strategic business partner
